Technology had jumped well ahead of our customer’s print and online offerings with competitors edging ahead of them in the internet world.
After a significant capital investment in a web application, they were left with an online presence that was crippled by hardware and software inadequacies. In conjunction with the client staff, our consultants provided triage analysis, project planning and leadership that resulted in a quick shore up of the website and supporting applications. Following that Symphony worked to develop new online product enhancements, marketing and promotional plans, and redeployment of the web application to support other media companies. Today, this company is a leader both in print and online media.
